Today I did a bit more sculpting. I added some bulk to the top of each spinous process and then textured it a little. Once the color is uniform, these should blend nicely. |

I added veins to the legs and filled in the holes for the attachment points. He will eventually be partially covered with a monster mud skin and more liquid nails. This is just one of several layers. |

I built some hair over the hooves to cover the bowl shape and keep them from collecting water. | |
This was a find from my archeological dig the other day. It's an actual horse tailbone. I attached it with wire though two of the foramina. (Yay!! I get to trot out my anatomical terms!!) | |
Came back today to finish off the last two legs. | |
Another coat of paint. He's not shaded yet, but at least he's finally an appropriate color for a skeleton. I think the next step is a rib cage and a head, before we do more layers of color. |
