Studio

The guest room is mostly filled with things that will be in the yard sale next spring, although there are a couple of largish costumes that need to be boxed up for storage.

I needed two photos to show the extent of the mess in this room. We can still have guests, they just have to step carefully.

And finally there's all this stuff in the kitchen. These boxes contain Christmas decorations, Halloween props and several costumes that just don't fit in the studio. You know, if I stopped making them, they'd take up less space, but I don't seem to be able to stop...

All this goes into the basement as soon as I have the energy to get it all carried down there.

I'd like to thank JoAnne for coming over and helping me with some of the more painful decisions on what to keep and what to part with. She was a great organizational advisor.

The one thing I didn't get a photo of was the trash pile. That was pretty huge too.

Muscles was an amusing but silent observer while this project was going on. I tended to stack things on him to get them out of the way until I'd find a place for them. At one point, he had a rose in his teeth, a Roman helmet on his head, and a pile of flowers draped on his feet. He looked like some kind of weird shrine.
