The greatroom is currently suffering from a severe lack of oomph. It needs paint, and a couple of major wall ornaments and some furniture to complete it. We're planning a cabinet to put all the electronics in--I don't really like the messy coffee table look that we're currently sporting. This room will definitely get some major work in the not too distant future.

We are pretty happy with the arrangement and the TV, though. The screen pulls up and practically disappears when not in use. It's a great room for watching movies.

Zack's window seat and my workdesk. The window is a great spot for looking at the view and watching the birds--who have FINALLY discovered my feeder. I still have to make a new cushion for it and maybe a fabric cover for the space below.

The desk will be replaced with something more attractive when we have the money and can find someone to build it.

The view of the upper part of the room from the balcony. My Mom suggested that glass bottles would look great in the windows, and it's been fun finding them. They're beautiful when the sun hits them in the morning.
