Wowsers! When things get going, they get going pretty fast. They started building two days ago, and today we got to walk around on what will be our floor. We wandered around for half an hour checking things out in the sub-zero temperatures.(We're excited. So sue us.)

I'd like to point out that we still have a foot of snow in the basement. My plan was to keep it that way so that next July we can make snowmen down there. The builder says no, we have to let it melt so we can put in a floor.

Sigh.
